Are you a Staffing Industry Leader with the ability to open and grow a brand new office / market servicing Atlanta (Fulton & Gwinnett counties)?
Do you have the talent and desire to lead from the front by super-serving and growing your existing book of customers, all while hunting and developing brand new customers;?
Are you are able and willing to build a team of leaders who can do the same?
If you answered YES and possess the following strengths :
- 5+ years of Staffing Industry Sales experience.
- New Business Development - understanding the sales process from the initial contact.
- Expansion of business relationships - understanding customer needs and super serving.
- Obsessed with customer success - over delivery on promises.
- Proficient with search engines to identify new customers
- Proficient with ATS and CRM.
- P&L Responsibility.
- Leadership - from the front and with empathy.
