Enrollment Coach

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach to support prospective students through their inquiry, application, and admission phases.

Key Responsibilities

Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while utilizing a consultative sales approach

Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process

Maintain accurate records of prospective students in the CRM and provide feedback on student barriers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales

Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or student databases

Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrollment results

Comfortable being measured on enrollment targets and performance metrics
