Key Responsibilities
Equipment Installation and Maintenance : Install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment at client sites.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics : Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of services performed, including reports and logs.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Training and Guidance : Train clients and junior technicians on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
Inventory Management : Manage tools and parts inventory to ensure availability for service tasks.
Experience : 7+ years of experience in field service or a related technical role.
Experience with equipment maintenance and repair in relevant industries (e.g., HVAC, telecommunications, medical devices).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiarity with GPS and GIS tools for efficient navigation and site management.
Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
Basic IT skills for managing service records and reports.
