Accounting Manager

Job Title : Accounting Manager Location : Southeast Houston, TX Type : Direct Hire Compensation : $80,000 – $100,000 Work Model : Onsite Start Date : January 2026 One of our commercial and industrial construction clients is growing and looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team! This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding commercial and industrial construction company, managing key accounting functions and supporting continued business growth. Focus includes : Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Cash Receipts Manage budgeting, financial accounts, and financial assets Maintain accuracy and integrity of all accounting records and processes Prepare month-end and year-end reports for leadership review Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and forecasting Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures Targeting candidates with : Experience in the construction industry (commercial / industrial preferred) Strong working knowledge of Foundation accounting software Proven experience managing multiple accounting functions Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail A proactive and dependable approach to problem-solving System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
