Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a data science strategy aligned with business objectives

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data professionals

Oversee the design and deployment of predictive models and advanced analytical solutions

Required Qualifications

A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, or a related field

7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles, with 3+ years in a leadership position

Expertise in programming languages like Python or R, and proficiency in SQL

Strong background in machine learning techniques and model building

Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
