LoanMax Title Loans - Customer Service Representative

Location : [Flagstaff, AZ]

Full-Time | Great Benefits | Bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred

What You'll Do :

  • Assist potential borrowers and current customers with loan product questions.
  • Evaluate vehicles and manage customer loans and payments.
  • Communicate with customers daily regarding their accounts.
  • Make courtesy calls as needed to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Rotating Saturdays, 9am-3pm

    • Job Requirements : General :

  • Must be able to work full time.
  • Great attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred .

    • Education :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    • Experience :

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Computer and data entry skills.

    • Personal Qualities :

  • Motivated, honest, and dependable.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team-oriented and professional.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred .
