Overview

KSA Entertainment is seeking part-time Studio Crew Members to join our production team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily television operations and assisting with live and pre-recorded studio productions. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate studio cameras, teleprompters, and other production equipment during live and recorded shows.
  • Assist with lighting setup, cable management, and studio maintenance.
  • Prepare sets and props before productions and help reset or strike sets afterward.
  • Work with producers, directors, and technical staff to ensure smooth execution of each show.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space and equipment.
  • Support the control room team and assist with audio, graphics, and video playback as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and production protocols.

Qualifications

  • Prior studio or live production experience preferred but not required — training provided for the right candidate.
  • Basic understanding of television or video production workflows.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to take direction.
  • Flexible availability for morning or occasional / rare weekend shifts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Special consideration to multi-lingual applicants (Spanish)
