StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : 6, 8, and 10-hour shifts.
• Required Cases : ambulatory surgery center (ASC), ear, nose, and throat doctor (ENT), Orthopedic cases
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : 2 physicians and 4 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. (CRNA)
• Credentialing Timeframe : Credentialing Timeframe : 3 months
• License required or willing to license : Board Certified and Must have Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
