Qualifications

10-12+ years of experience in nonprofit development or social innovation fundraising

Proven track record in securing six and seven-figure grants or corporate partnerships

Experience in aligning fundraising strategies with organizational impact metrics

Knowledge of grant compliance requirements for various funding sources

Experience in developing and managing high-performing teams
