Racquets Sports Pro Shop Associate

The National at Ave Maria is seeking a part-time associate to join our racquet sports pro shop team. We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individual who has experience in customer service. While knowledge of tennis and / or pickleball is preferred, it is not required.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding pro-shop services, memberships, and events.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
• Provide information on tennis and pickleball programs, lessons, and schedules.
• Support pro-shop staff with administrative tasks as needed.
