We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Construction Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction sales who excels at building strategic relationships and managing complex, project-based sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with general contractors and key decision-makers.
  • Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and bids to evaluate opportunities and deliver accurate quotes.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business within the commercial construction sector while leveraging an existing network of contacts.
  • Represent the company in a professional, engaging manner during meetings, presentations, site visits, and business development activities.
  • Partner with internal project and operations teams to ensure smooth execution from proposal through completion.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consultative selling.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in construction sales, ideally within commercial or foodservice equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; natural ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and negotiating large, project-based deals.
