Job Description

As Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for the development of strategic consulting project deliverables in support of some of the largest brands in the world. You will apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills from day one.. Your work will directly impact revenue and will be of critical importance to Profitero’s strategic initiatives. This role will enable you to work directly with clients to help them solve some of their most pressing business challenges.Who you are :

Ideally you have 2-3 years of relevant work experience at one or more of the following :

• Supplier / CPG
• Retailer (with an eCommerce presence)
• Strategy Consulting Firm
• Agency or Technology Partner in the eCommerce space
• Technically proficient with a proven ability to simplify complex data / technology concepts and communicate succinctly
• Motivated to solve some of the consumer products industry’s most complex and interesting challenges
• Intellectually curious and eager to become an eCommerce expert
• Strong hands‑on with MS Office related skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• High level of EQ; you can put yourself in a client’s shoes and operate accordingly
• Excel at working across teams and motivating people with different agendas to achieve common goals
• Thrive in fast paced environments with lots of change and ambiguity
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with obsession for collaborating, learning, improving and results
• Strong presentation, storyboarding and slide design skills
• Excellent project management demonstrated by ability to organize work streams, estimate and deliver on timelines
• You have a high "do to say" ratio
• You are incredibly organized, accountable and detail-oriented

Compensation Range : $66,785 - $96,690 / annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
