Position Title : Finance - Staff Attorney

About the Opportunity

• Immediate opening for a Finance Staff Attorney with 2–7 years of experience .
• Experience in securitization and structured finance is required.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating securitization documents, including pooling and servicing agreements, private placement memoranda, indentures, and offering materials.
• An in-depth understanding of the mortgage-backed securitization market and various structural types is strongly preferred.
• Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
