Office & Field Manager | St. George, UT

Were hiring an Office & Field Manager to join our restoration and construction team in  St. George, UT. This full-time career opportunity is perfect for an experienced leader who understands both office operations and field management. Youll play a key role in coordinating restoration and mitigation projects, managing crews, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and to industry standards. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, job documentation, and client communication

Oversee field crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to restoration industry standards

Act as the main point of contact between office staff, field technicians, subcontractors, and clients throughout each project

Coordinate restoration and construction projects from planning to completion, tracking progress and monitoring deadlines

Maintain detailed records of job costs, materials, labor, and equipment usage for accurate project reporting

Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and restoration / mitigation guidelines

Assist with estimating, invoicing, collections, and project documentation from the field

Support senior management in implementing company policies, processes, and performance goals

Qualifications

Previous experience in restoration, construction management, or project management preferred

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven client service experience

Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and project management software

Dependable, trustworthy, and able to adapt under pressure in fast-paced situations

Pay

$30.00$35.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Full-time | MondayFriday | On-call shifts as needed
