Guaranteed Hours :

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience required

License : Valid Oklahoma or Compact License required at the time of submission

Certifications : EPIC experience within the last year required

Must-Have : EPIC / INTERQUAL and utilization review experience

Job Description :

• Position involves working as a Case Manager in an acute care hospital setting.
• Responsible for managing patient cases utilizing EPIC charting system.
• Ensure adherence to utilization review processes.
• Position requires working shifts from Monday to Friday with no on-call responsibilities.
• Must be open to floating within the department to meet the needs of the facility.
• Occasional work may be required during weekends, though not regularly scheduled.
• Willingness to work without a block schedule is necessary.
• Compliance with a strict zero-fault attendance policy is required.
• Prior to starting, complete mandatory 8 hours of non-billable orientation and assigned modules.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures during the assignment.
• Must be at ease with expected workload and adjust to any changes in case load as required.
• No holiday or special leave requests can be approved after submission. Maximum 5 days of requested time off allowed during the assignment.
