Key Responsibilities
Manage all leads from assigned clients in Highlevel
Follow up with leads and maintain proper documentation and reporting
Communicate any issues, bottlenecks, or trends effectively
Required Qualifications
High energy, positive, and compassionate demeanor
Professional team player with a commitment to client success
Ability to provide an exceptional experience to leads
Quick to take action, responding within 5 minutes
Understanding of technological aspects of software systems
