As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents, while your commitment to outstanding customer service and communication supports a positive atmosphere.

Pay Rate : $19.26 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Wed 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 30 PM

Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents to Allied Universal and / or appropriate personnel.

Assist patients, visitors, and staff by providing directions and responding to requests for assistance as needed.

Support emergency response activities as directed by site-specific guidelines and Allied Universal protocols.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
