Drylux Restoration is Hiring : Claims Specialist | Gilbert, AZ (On-Site)

Drylux Restoration is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated Claims Specialist to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your work, this is a great opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Send mitigation invoices to insurance companies for services provided
  • Negotiate with adjusters and follow up to ensure timely payments
  • Communicate with customers throughout the claims process
  • Manage assigned files efficiently and stay on top of collections

What We’re Looking For :

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams.
  • (Preferred) Experience in billing, claims, collections, or a related field, preferably within restoration, insurance, or construction industries.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
