Compensation : $105,000 - $120,000 / year

Description

This is a pivotal, high-impact role for a strategic leader ready to take ownership as the key day-to-day lead on a dynamic account. We're seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager with 6+ years of proven success in the experiential marketing and / or related fields, including agency or in-house marketing to join our New York studio. You will be instrumental in driving groundbreaking integrated programs, crafting solid digital strategies, and delivering experiences that reshape the status quo for some of the world's most exciting brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership : Expertly manages multiple projects concurrently, optimizing resources and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Agile Adaptability : Demonstrates responsiveness to evolving client needs and dynamic market conditions, adjusting strategies and approaches as required.
  • Organizational Excellence : Possesses strong organizational capabilities, meticulously managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 6+ years of agency experience with a proven track record.
  • Comprehensive channel proficiency across events, experiential activations, exhibition design, digital, social media, screen content production, and integrated marketing communications programs.
  • Expertise in concurrent project management , adept at overseeing and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Leads by example , inspiring through actions and attitude rather than relying on position or tenure.
  • Highly collaborative , effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Motivational leader , capable of inspiring and guiding teams towards successful outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker , with deep insight into Imagination's practices and client business objectives.
  • Innovatively creative , consistently envisioning and championing fresh, impactful solutions.
  • Results-driven , consistently exceeding client expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), fostering clear and effective dialogue.

  • Availability : Must be able to work weekends and holidays occasionally based on client demands.
  • Global Mobility : Capable of international travel for periods of up to two weeks at a time.
