Coordinator, Digital Partnerships & Video

Assembly is looking for a Coordinator to join the Video, Audio, Display (VAD) Connected Partnerships team who will be responsible for supporting the planning, negotiation, and execution of national video media buys across various platforms, including linear TV, digital video, and streaming services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for entry and managing client's media schedules throughout duration of campaigns.
• Track bi-weekly updates for delivery performance to ensure campaign success.
• Prepare quarterly post-buy analysis and reporting for client issue on a timely basis.
• Responsible for promptly coordinating with the AP team to clear client billing.
• Maintain client budgets and reconciliation process across all investments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors.
• Manage day-to-day vendor and client requests across accounts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines

Compensation

The target range of base compensation for this role is $50,000 USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
