Key Responsibilities

Share ownership for the Academy learning experience and outcomes

Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to design and develop educational content

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning content using data analytics and feedback

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory

Proven experience in scaled content design and development

Understanding of data analysis concepts and practices

Familiarity with graphic and video production tools

Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical topics
