LPN / LVN (Hospice) position requiring a minimum of one year of experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule that includes rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call duties, and requiring experience with the Epic charting system.

Minimum 1 year of experience required.

Shift : Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call.

Charting System : Epic (Epic experience required).
