Clinical Role : Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician Fellowship training required Join a community health center with over 100 years of service Provide evaluations, counseling, and treatment for children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of developmental and behavioral challenges Participate in comprehensive interdisciplinary care and specialty assessments including : Physical, developmental, and emotional-behavioral evaluations (ages 18 months-21 years) Autism diagnostics, ADHD and anxiety assessments, and genetic / motor / sleep / feeding evaluations Psychopharmacology for ADHD, ASD, anxiety disorders Parent counseling and behavioral interventions Desensitization for medical / dental procedures Average caseload : 8-10 evaluations and 40 medication follow-ups per week Attend weekly Autism Center and Evidence-Based Practice clinical meetings Collaborate with pediatric staff and therapists for complex case management Consult to internal teams including Child Guidance Clinic, Autism Center, APRNs, and the Child First Program Organization Information : Flexible hybrid schedule options Competitive salary Generous paid time off : 4 weeks vacation 4 floating holidays 10 sick days Company-paid holidays Full benefits : Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with 6% employer contribution Paid life and disability insurance Eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment and Public Service Loan Forgiveness COVID-19 vaccination required for all employees Location - Norwich, Connecticut : City of 40,000 residents Rich in New England history Located in Eastern Connecticut - easy access to Hartford, Providence, and coastal attractions Why Work With RecruitWell?
