Descripción del trabajoDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on powersports vehicles. Conduct safety inspections and identify potential issues before they become major repairs. Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders efficiently. Use diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and manufacturer resources to troubleshoot problems. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Provide excellent customer service and explain repair needs in clear terms when necessary. Technical training or certification in small engine or powersports repair preferred. Previous experience with side-by-side repair is highly desirable. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical and fuel systems. Ability to use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment. Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Title : Powersports Maintenance Technician
Job Summary :
The Powersports Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft. This role ensures that all equipment is serviced to manufacturer standards and provides customers with reliable, safe, and high-quality service. This position is located south of Steubenville.
