About the Role :

The Concierge at Verena at Bedford Falls (VBF) plays a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience by providing exceptional customer service and support within a premier real estate development community. This position serves as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. The Concierge facilitates seamless communication between residents and property management, coordinating services such as package handling, amenity reservations, and local information dissemination. By maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk environment, the Concierge contributes significantly to the community’s reputation for excellence and resident satisfaction. Ultimately, this role supports the overall operational success of the property by fostering a positive, secure, and engaging living environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within real estate or property management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in a luxury residential community or upscale hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of local area amenities, services, and transportation options.
  • Bilingual abilities or proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Certification in customer service or hospitality management.
  • Familiarity with property management software platforms.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about property services and local amenities.
  • Coordinate package deliveries, amenity reservations, and maintenance requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a detailed log of daily activities, incidents, and resident requests to ensure effective communication with property management.
  • Support community events and initiatives by assisting with planning, setup, and resident engagement.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to monitor access and maintain a safe environment for all residents and visitors.
  • Skills :

    The Concierge utilizes strong interpersonal and communication skills daily to engage effectively with residents, guests, and team members, ensuring clear and courteous interactions. Organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks such as scheduling, package tracking, and logging resident requests, which helps maintain smooth operations. Problem-solving abilities enable the Concierge to address resident concerns promptly and find appropriate solutions, enhancing overall satisfaction. Technical skills, including proficiency with computer systems and property management software, support efficient handling of communications and service coordination. Additionally, cultural sensitivity and adaptability are important for serving a diverse community and creating an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.
