About this role :

As part of Nova Sky Stories we work together with other Nova designers and colleagues around the world. Sharing creativity, technical knowledge and the passion for storytelling.

We’re looking for an experienced, team-oriented Project Manager to oversee coordination and project management from concept to completion, ensuring alignment across all departments. You will be responsible for delivery timelines, risk analysis, and resource allocation.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for :

Create timelines and resource plans.
Ensuring all creative and technical milestones are met.
Work closely with designers, producers, and technical teams to maintain clear communication and alignment across departments.
Support client relationships by managing expectations, organizing feedback sessions, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Track delivery timelines, allocate resources effectively, and identify potential risks early to keep projects running smoothly.

You’ll need to have :

3 years in the industry of design, live entertainment or events

Proven ability to take projects from concept all the way through to close

Open-minded approach with learning and humility at the core

Experience in the events, creative or design industry

How to be successful in this role :

Enthusiastic about the creative potential of drone technology

Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate within teams

Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach

Capacity to manage priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Having an efficient and structured workflow

A results-oriented, "can-do" attitude with a focus on creative solutions

Willingness to collaborate closely with team members, clients, and external partners
