Project Accountant

A company is looking for a Project Accountant who will manage financial operations across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle project accounting, including setup, budget tracking, and cost allocation

Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), revenue recognition, and project margins for accurate financial reporting

Prepare and submit invoices based on contract milestones and service terms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; CPA or CMA preferred

3 years of project accounting experience, ideally in professional services and consulting

Advanced proficiency in NetSuite for managing project financials and reporting

In-depth understanding of contract structures, WIP accounting, and revenue recognition principles

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client engagements concurrently
