Invoicing And Accounts Receivable Analyst

A duel role of doing some dispatching and accounting work. Recruiting a motivated and proactive professional to fill an invoicing and accounts receivable analyst role in Monroe, Louisiana.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to document project activity and accurately prepare customer invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand and correct prior billing deficiencies to expedite customer acceptance and payment of invoices.
• Assist with vendor & customer analysis.
• Month-end / quarter-end close and reporting.
• Keep accurate and organized paper and electronic records.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.
