🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a team that turns raw composite materials into finished aerospace panels. Day‑to‑day tasks may include:

• Pulling materials from cold storage and allowing them to acclimate per work instructions
• Cutting materials to size based on work orders
• Laying up materials into panel constructions
• Loading and unloading panels into a temperature‑controlled platen press
• Operating the press and performing proper burp cycles
• Recording processing data for traceability and quality tracking
• Trimming finished panels on CNC machines
• Palletizing completed panels for shipping
• Maintaining proper storage conditions for temperature‑sensitive materials

This role is repetitive, hands‑on, and detail‑focused — perfect for someone who takes pride in doing the job right.

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
