Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of data scientists and analytics engineers

Own the data science roadmap and guide the evolution of the analytics platform

Contribute to R&D efforts in AI applications and partner with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

7+ years in data science or analytics, with 3+ years in commercial biopharma analytics

Proven leadership experience with small technical teams

Deep technical fluency in Python and SQL

Experience with machine learning techniques and deployment practices

Familiarity with Snowflake and Airflow is preferred
