Massachusetts SNAP Case Reviewer

A company is looking for a SNAP Case Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a queue of pending cases awaiting secondary review

Rigorously review cases using a standardized case review tool and applying current SNAP policy

Document findings and effectively communicate findings to eligibility technicians and supervisors

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in supervising eligibility staff, conducting eligibility determinations, and / or completing SNAP quality assurance

Previous experience in consulting and / or training is strongly preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college training preferred

Must be a US Citizen and at least 18 years old

Experience with Beacon is preferred
