Full-Time | $55,000–$70,000 DOE

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys and paralegals in product liability litigation , from discovery through trial preparation.
• Manage and organize case files, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor litigation calendars , deadlines, and court schedules.
• Proofread, edit, and format legal documents with impeccable attention to detail .
• Handle electronic and paper filings in both federal and state courts.
• Coordinate travel, scheduling, expense reports, and other administrative needs.
• Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while supporting firm-wide initiatives.
