20 weeks gestation with OB complaints, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, GYN cases presenting to the ED Patients per Day : Varies, with an average of 45 triage patients per month Setting : Small rural facility with a level one nursery. Facilities include 1 triage room, 2 labor rooms, 1 c-section suite, and 6 postpartum rooms. EMR : EPIC Support Staff : Anesthesia Staff, Certified Nurse Midwife, experienced labor and delivery staff nurses (with experience ranging from 5-27 years) Reason for Coverage : Previous locum assignment cancellation / unresponsiveness necessitates immediate replacement.
