Descripción del trabajo4+ years' experience in eCommerce, brand management, marketing, buying, retail, or relevant area required Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to recognize and adapt to company culture Ability to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear, concise presentations Leads by example and models a passion for the business as well as demonstrates a proactive and solution-oriented style Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent analytic skills with the ability to use key tools to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metrics Strong Excel capabilities preferred and capability to use Web Analytics platforms Lead effectively; guide and facilitate the team to push things forward, inspire others to think bigger, and understand group dynamics to get desired results Excellent communication skills : effective at presenting, pitching, and influencing outcomes that move the business forward Ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships with internal / external business partners at all levels of the organization Makes business decisions with the total company strategy in mind. Understands and optimize how business decisions impact not only their area but other areas of the company Actively participates in building a "best in class" company culture through mastery of relationship building, influencing, and partnering with cross-functional partners daily Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize objectives Analyze sales, vendor performance, and inventory position to goals by vendor and category Partner with DMM, buying groups, and category merchandising to activate and maintain drop-ship relationships for Omnichannel to achieve sales Create and deliver quarterly drop ship reviews of successes, opportunities, and go-forward plans to activate additional vendors, discuss opportunities, and further leverage momentum Collaborate with buying and category management teams on approach to grow drop-ship sales via expanded vendor base or SKU proliferation Partner with major external vendor partners to develop and deliver a great customer experience and ensure the brands are well-positioned to deliver against customer and brand expectations Responsible for training and onboarding new team members Leads training sessions to educate internal partners on Drop Ship Processes Continuously review, enhance, and review Drop Ship Processes Partner with internal business units including but not limited to contact center, Omnichannel category management, merchants, vendor relations, and logistics Serve as a subject matter expert on internal processes and third-party integrations or solutions Provide input and assist in the development of system and process enhancements, special features, and general functionality to support the DSV program Collaborate with buying and Omnichannel teams on approach to grow drop-ship sales and vendor base Develop a prioritization schedule for the category and / or vendor rollout in collaboration with the category management team and Omnichannel merchandising Develop an efficient onboarding workflow Enhance current online assortment through category optimization, and partner with Omnichannel Merchandising team and Category Management team to develop new businesses and product offerings through the drop ship Manages Key Vendor Accounts Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual reports Develop a thorough understanding of the Academy's policies, procedures, and safety rules Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior Regular attendance required
