We are a leading dental practice committed to providing exceptional periodontal care. Our team of experts focuses on delivering personalized treatment plans and outstanding patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Coordination : Guide patients through their periodontal treatment journey, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and options. Routinely follow up on patients with outstanding treatment needs.

Scheduling : Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and the dental team.

Financial Management : Present financials for recommended treatment, process payments, and assist patients with third party financing.

Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with periodontists, dental hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

Dental Administration : 1 year (Preferred)

Radiology License (Preferred)

Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)

Sales Experience : 1 year (Preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.
