• Leading your team : You will supervise nursing staff, manage their schedules, and evaluate their performance.\n
• Ensuring high-quality care : You'll coordinate all medical services for individuals, from scheduling appointments to ensuring medication is administered correctly.\n
• Maintaining compliance : This includes keeping detailed medical records, completing required reports, and training new staff on all healthcare procedures.\n
• Handling on-call duties as needed.\n\nSCHEDULE : Days, Salaried, hours will vary based on needs of individuals in agency and department.
