Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production and operational roles.
• Provide guidance on employee relations resolve grievances and conduct investigations for plant employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws including OSHA regulations.
• Administer workers' compensation claims and actively support plant safety initiatives.
• Support performance management processes including disciplinary actions and performance reviews for manufacturing staff.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs including safety compliance and skill development for hourly personnel.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data for the manufacturing site.
