A Craft Recruiter position in Englewood, CO, is available at Garney Construction. We're hiring a Construction Trade Recruiter to build reliable pipelines of field talentcraft professionals such as Laborers, Pipefitters, Equipment Operators, Carpenters, Electricians, and Foremenfor active and upcoming projects. You'll partner with Operations to forecast manpower, execute high-velocity sourcing, and deliver quality hires on deadline without compromising safety or culture.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades across multiple projects / regions (requisitions, intake, sourcing, screening)
• Build diverse pipelines through proactive outreach : job boards, social media, referral programs, community partners, trade schools, veterans' networks, and hiring events
• Run weekly manpower syncs with Superintendents / PMs; translate schedules into recruiting plans and SLAs
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in days; manage onsite interviews and skills assessments as needed
• Drive candidate experience end-to-end : clear expectations, pre-hire paperwork, start-date readiness
• Maintain compliant, accurate records (I-9 / E-Verify coordination with HR, background / drug screens per policy)
• Track and report recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, source quality, show-up rate, 90-day retention, cost-per-hire); adjust tactics based on data
• Partner with Marketing to keep trade ads, flyers, and social campaigns fresh and targeted
• Support onboarding logistics with site leadership (PPE, badging, orientations, start-day rosters)
