The IT Technical Project Manager leads and supports technology projects that enhance business processes, improve data systems, and deliver insights through automation and analytics. This role oversees full-cycle project execution, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and drives digital innovation across business units.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage IT and business automation projects from planning through successful implementation

Define project objectives, gather requirements, and align deliverables with client and stakeholder expectations

Develop business process automation using Microsoft tools including Power Automate, SharePoint, Lists, and Power Apps

Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

Support database work ensuring proper structure, data integrity, and design

Apply AI fundamentals to optimize workflows and enhance data-driven decisions

Track project timelines, budgets, and communication strategies to ensure transparency and accountability

Proficiencies :

Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools

Strong understanding of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting

Knowledge of database design principles and relational structure

Familiarity with AI and automation concepts

Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients

Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in IT project management or technical solution delivery

Proven background in business automation using Microsoft tools

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
