Fullstack Developer (React / Ruby on Rails) – Location : Glendale, AZ

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer (mid to senior level) to help us build and scale applications in the medical / dental tech space. This is a chance to work across both the frontend (React) and backend (Ruby on Rails) — shaping everything from user experience to API architecture.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain applications using React and Ruby on RailsDevelop new features and optimize for speed, scalability, and reliabilityArchitect and maintain RESTful + GraphQL APIsCollaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring ideas to lifeBuild and integrate APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data flow and integrate with external services and contribute to microservices architectureReview code, write tests, and help drive deployment automationMonitor, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliabilityEnsure security and compliance best practices are applied throughout the application lifecycleCollaborate with functional stakeholders to define the technical roadmap and communicate to other developers to implement technical solutionsWhat We're Looking For
Strong skills with React (hooks, SPA best practices) and RailsExperience building large-scale applications (frontend + backend)Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, API security, and GraphQLFamiliarity with Git, CI / CD pipelines, debugging, and deployment automationComfort working with AWS services including S3, Route 53, Elastic Beanstalk, CloudWatch, SQS, Cognito, and RDSStrong understanding of web security, scalability, and performance optimizationBonus Skills
Experience with HIPAA compliance and secure app designFamiliarity with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.)Experience with React Native or mobile app developmentDiversity & Inclusion
