Patient Research Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Research Specialist to support the Patient Billing Department.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and enter necessary patient information and demographics for EMS claims

Collaborate with internal departments and external parties, including hospitals and insurance providers

Search various systems to obtain additional patient information and handle correspondence as needed

Required Qualifications

Previous billing experience preferred

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Computer literacy, including proficiency with multiple monitors

Dependable and accountable for work responsibilities

Experience dealing with the public is helpful
