EA to CEO (Board of Directors experience)

Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Nonprofit / Entertainment industry who is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board of Director support.  This opportunity is located in Burbank CA and will be in office at a hybrid schedule. This opportunity is looking to pay between 75k-85k on a direct hire basis. Experience working with a Board of Directors is a must!

Job Specifications :

• Heavy calendaring and schedule managment

Heavy board of director support including setting up meetings and taking meeting minutes

Connecting and being liaison to other external assistants

Over 3 years of EA and Board of Director support required for this opportunity

Experience working closely with a Board of Directors is a must

Bachelors Degree preferred but not required

Strong experience in MS office suites, and Abode suites required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Internalized sense of urgency
