Descripción del trabajoMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field Licensure required; Independent licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to provide services in a home and community-based setting Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs Perform in-home assessments and respond effectively to crises Develop and monitor treatment plans while maintaining thorough clinical documentation Coordinate care with external providers and client support systems Experience working with diverse populations in a community-based setting Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to work independently in the field Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, schools, and other providers Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and documentation standards
