About The Position

💼 Position Highlights

Outpatient only – No inpatient rounding or nursing homes

Schedule : Full-time with 1 : 4 shared call (minimal weekends)

Patient Volume : ~18 / day (low-volume model for quality-focused care)

Team : 2 full-time physicians, 1 part-time physician, 3 NPs

Support : Dedicated MAs, ACO wraparound services, point-of-care lab

Facility : 15 exam rooms (3 per provider)

EMR : Epic

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $265,000–$280,000 (based on experience)

Student Loan Forgiveness eligible

403(b) retirement plan with up to 10% match

27 days PTO + 5 CME days + $3,000 CME allowance

Paid memberships / licensure up to $1,500

Day 1 coverage for medical, dental, vision, STD / LTD

Paid malpractice with tail coverage

✅ Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Experience treating all ages (pediatrics–geriatrics)

Active PA license or ability to obtain

DEA certification (or eligibility)

Clean malpractice and license history
