Job Title : Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Education Construction
Location : Southern California or Bay Area, CA
Position Summary :
We are hiring 1–2 Project Managers or Senior Project Managers in both Southern and Northern California . We’re looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about long-term growth and teamwork—not short-term title advancement. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
- Participate in project planning, value engineering, and risk management efforts
