We're looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you'll support the store leadership team in delivering excellent customer service, training new team members, and assisting with daily operations and sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Assist in store operations by stepping in on the sales floor and supporting the management team when needed.
• Open and close the store as required, handling cash register duties and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
• Drive sales by promoting add-on benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup, and communicate shortages or overages to management.
• Understand store sales goals and key performance indicators such as UPT and ADT.
• Support store merchandising efforts, including planogram updates and store layout adjustments.
• Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ partners.
• Maintain store security and prevent theft in collaboration with management.
• Assist in keeping the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
• Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
