  • About the role As a Project Manager for our craft division, you will be responsible for providing overall management, support, and guidance for projects to ensure successful project completion.
  • This role includes handling technical tasks, managing project schedules, material orders, ensuring compliance with contracts, and overall project support.
  • What your day-to-day will look like Oversee all aspects of project execution, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Manage purchasing, material procurement, and cost controls.
  • Lead project communications, including submittals, RFIs, and progress reporting.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting accountability and teamwork.
  • Monitor and forecast budgets, track productivity, and drive financial performance.
  • What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in construction management or industry related field. 5+ years of commensurate experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, along with construction project management and scheduling software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive client focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present to internal and external audiences.
