As an Agent Trainee , you'll work directly with agency leadership, gaining hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development while playing a key role in the agencys growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell personal lines products such as Auto, Home, and Life
• Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up on open opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals in premium, policy count, and Life sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships
