Descripción del trabajoHigh School or Equivalent (GED) Safety / Sanitation Certificate preferred within six (6) months of hire One to three (1-3) years of experience in Food Service or a related field. Ability to read, write, speak, hear and comprehend the English language. Food Service Aide Lead
Food Service Aide Lead Job Responsibilities :
The Lead Food Service Aide assists the Director, Manager and Coordinator in organizing the day-to-day operations of the service area for which he / she is responsible. Responsible for training and development of staff. Monitors performance of staff. Performs all functions in the area of responsibility. Fills in for the Director, Manager and / or Coordinator in his / her absence and performs the duties of the Food Service employee when necessary.
- Organizes, trains and monitors employee performance.
- Assists with product inventory and ordering.
- Pushing and pulling carts and manipulating the contents of the cart. Estimated force to move the cart is 40 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and sanitary handling of food and utensils in food preparation is required.
- Assist with employee scheduling.
- Assist with product inventory and ordering.
Food Service Aide Lead Requirements :
Salary Range : $15.00-$22.00 / hr (based on experience)
