Learning & Development Operations Specialist

The Learning & Development Operations Specialist will support the global Learning & Development team, focusing on operational support for the firm's Acceleration Centers (ACs) located worldwide. This role is critical in ensuring that learners in these centers have access to the training content they need. This includes troubleshooting access issues, communicating with AC staff across different time zones and cultures, and assisting with upskilling initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Provide operational support for learning and development activities within global Acceleration Centers.
• Troubleshoot learner access issues and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with AC staff (often non-native English speakers) via email, instant messaging, and virtual meetings.
• Assist with upskilling and training initiatives for AC L&D staff.
• Utilize ServiceNow (ticketing system) to manage learner support requests.
• Research and learn new systems and technologies related to learning and development.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent support.
